II. DOMESTIC ORDERS

1. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified. Please verify that you’ve entered the correct address, before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address you can email us at info@trueluxefit.com with the correct shipping address before your order has shipped. Note: Once an order has shipped we will not update the address. If a package is returned to True Luxe Fit, LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. True Luxe Fit, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

III. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, we may plan to do so in the future.

IV. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

1. True Luxe Fit, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, True Luxe Fit, LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

V. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. At True Luxe Fit, we strive for complete satisfaction for our customers and of our products; however, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

VI. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

1. If damage occurs to your product during shipment, contact us by email immediately at info@trueluxefit.com. Please provide your order number, email address, and photos of damaged items. Refunds are issued for damaged products.
